The Massachusetts Bar Association Nominating Committee, led by MBA Immediate Past President Damian J. Turco, has issued its report for the 2025-26 nominations for MBA officers and regional/at-large delegates.
The committee was composed of Turco, MBA Past President Grace V.B. Garcia, MBA Past President Thomas M. Bond, MBA Business Law Section Council member Darshana Indira, MBA Past President Hon. Mark D. Mason (ret.), MBA Criminal Justice Section Council member Lee J. Gartenberg and E. Pamela Salpoglou.
Michael H. Hayden automatically succeeds to the office of president on Sept. 1, 2025. Pursuant to Article VIII, Section 1 of the MBA Bylaws, the committee has filed with the MBA secretary the following list of other officers for 2025-26:
