"Emails between Select Board, town manager privileged," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (April 14). Massachusetts Law Review Editorial Board member Christopher J. Petrini commented on an Appeals Court decision that the attorney-client privilege applied to emails between members of the Concord Selectboard and the town manager even though the correspondence did not include a lawyer.

Benedetti was quoted in an article about the experience of an attorney with the Committee for Public Counsel Services who recently spent time in a holding cell after a judge found him in contempt of court.
