  • "SJC’s sober home ruling raises questions about ‘family’ in zoning laws," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (April 14). MBA member Paul Kominers was quoted in an article about the potential legal impact of a Supreme Judicial Court decision involving the concept of "family" under the city of Fitchburg's zoning ordinances.

  • "Emails between Select Board, town manager privileged," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (April 14). Massachusetts Law Review Editorial Board member Christopher J. Petrini commented on an Appeals Court decision that the attorney-client privilege applied to emails between members of the Concord Selectboard and the town manager even though the correspondence did not include a lawyer.

  • "Fall River judge jails defense attorney over ‘attitude,’ ‘body expressions,’" Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (April 14). MBA Executive Management Board member Anthony J. Benedetti was quoted in an article about the experience of an attorney with the Committee for Public Counsel Services who recently spent time in a holding cell after a judge found him in contempt of court.
