The Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys have submitted an amicus brief calling on the Supreme Judicial Court to reinstate pay for suspended Newton District Court Judge Shelley Richmond Joseph.
