Ryan-JaziriMorgan, Brown & Joy partners Ryan W. Jaziri and Alexandra Pichette, both members of the Massachusetts Bar Association, presented on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program, “Moving for & Opposing Motions for Summary Judgment,” on Feb. 28.

Pichette, who served as chair of the program, presented the opening session, “Overview of Summary Judgment Motion Practice in Massachusetts State and Federal Court.” Jaziri presented “Strategic Considerations in the Discovery Phase of Your Employment Case That Will Help You Move for or Defend Against a Motion for Summary Judgment.”

Jaziri represents employers in labor and employment matters locally and nationally across various industries, including higher education, retail, health care, municipalities and small businesses.

Pichette represents employers in labor and employment matters in state and federal court, in private arbitration, and before administrative agencies.

*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
