DiGiovanni, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, presented at the Hunter College National Center’s 52nd Annual Conference on March 24 and 25. DiGiovanni presented on the panel, “Annual Legal Update (CLE).” McConnell presented on the panel, “Negotiating over Tenure Procedures.”

DiGiovanni represents public- and private-sector clients in various industries, including higher education, transportation, retail, public utilities, municipalities and health care, both in Massachusetts and across the country. His labor law practice includes day-to-day counseling to clients regarding contract administration and compliance with various state and federal labor laws, representing employers in collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, and state and federal courts.

Announcements accepted for consideration include individual professional accomplishments (new jobs, promotions, recent accomplishments or awards*, etc.) and personal news (weddings, engagements, birth announcements, and other notable outside-of-work accomplishments). 

*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
