Project Citizenship seeks executive director

Project Citizenship has pioneered an efficient and high impact legal services model to create a pathway to citizenship for immigrants in Boston and throughout New England. With an operating budget of $800,000, Project Citizenship has a dedicated team of six full-time and two part-time employees, as well as four AmeriCorps service members. The senior team includes the executive director, the director of programs and operations, the director of development and a staff attorney. 

Project Citizenship is currently seeking applications for its executive director position. The executive director serves as the organization’s key strategic and management leader. Building on a strong legal services platform, she/he/they will guide Project Citizenship’s next phase of social impact, as well as sustainable financial and program growth.
