Massachusetts Bar Association members Jeffrey Hirsch of Hirsch Roberts Weinstein (pictured left) and Jaclyn Kugell of Morgan, Brown & Joy (pictured right) have been been selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as two of the state’s “Go To Employment Lawyers.” Each year, MLW’s “Go To Employment Lawyers” are nominated by their peers and then selected by a panel.

For more than 38 years, Hirsch has practiced management labor and employment law and has been the author of the widely used book “Labor and Employment in Massachusetts” since 1990.
Kugell is an established employment lawyer who counsels business owners and management through virtually every scenario surrounding the employer-employee relationship.
