Practicing mindfulness, whether through meditation or by bringing “present-moment awareness” to your daily activities, can be an effective tool for maintaining one’s wellness. Read this article from the Cleveland Clinic, “How to Practice Mindfulness to Improve Your Well-Being,” which offers ideas for getting started with mediation, mindful breathing and mindful eating, and suggestions on where to look for other opportunities to practice mindfulness.
