Massachusetts Bar Association member and former Massachusetts Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Collins has joined Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy as counsel.
An experienced trial lawyer and litigator, Collins represents management in all aspects of employment law, including advice, counseling and litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He works closely with clients to provide practical advice on hiring, discipline, termination, personnel policies, discrimination, retaliation, leave, contract disputes, and wage and hour compliance. Collins brings considerable courtroom experience to defend employers, and also conducts internal investigations and provides comprehensive workplace trainings.
