Join the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts (AALAM) for a Virtual Cooking Class with Chef Asia Mei from Moonshine 152, on Monday, Jan. 31, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Click here to register.

Chef Asia Mei will show a slightly modernized take on dumplings with traditional flavors. We will be making an interpretation of a classic spring roll with some of Moonshine’s famous sauces that will allow for some easy plating. Registrants may also omit certain ingredients to make their dish vegetarian. Tickets are $10 for MBA members and $15 for non-members. AALAM members can register at a discounted rate for this event. Contact Heather Robertson for the discount code.

After Chef Asia Mei earned a degree in economics and biology from Boston College, working as a stuntwoman in Los Angeles during the summers, she was lucky enough to land herself in the Boston restaurant world and has never looked back. She opened Moonshine 152 as her first solo chef-owned venture.

Please note that all registrants will need to pick up an ingredients kit anytime between 3 and 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, or between 1 and 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 30, at Moonshine 152 located at 152 Dorchester Ave., Boston, MA 02127.

Don’t miss out – register by 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 24, to participate. Zoom meeting information will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
