  • "Counterclaim in fiduciary case ruled SLAPP suit," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Sept. 6). MBA Labor & Employment Section Council member Dahlia C. Rudavsky and MBA members Andrew E. Goloboy, Joseph L. Bierwirth Jr. and Suzanne E. Durrell commented on a Superior Court judge's decision that an abuse of process claim filed by a defendant who was sued for misappropriating income in a family trust constituted an unlawful SLAPP suit.
