Some people seem to thrive on managing tasks last minute, but for others, procrastination can become problematic if it starts to increase stress levels and affect their day-to-day living. The good news is there are strategies that can help. In the Cleveland Clinic article, “How to Stop Procrastinating,” clinical psychologist Becky Tilahun, PhD, explains the reasons people procrastinate and offers tips on how to avoid it.
