The Berkshire Center for Justice (BCJ) is a well-established charitable nonprofit organization committed to making legal representation accessible to all regardless of ability to pay. BCJ is seeking an experienced attorney in the civil areas of family, housing and real estate litigation as it leverages its mission and evolves to meet the triage needs of increased demand for its capable and compassionately delivered services. The organization is reaching out to Spanish-speaking people, so if you are bilingual, that is a plus.

U.S. Bankruptcy court announces website updates
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts recently announced three important website updates:
- First, the website can now be translated to over 100 languages. To access this feature, click on the "Translate" link located at the bottom right corner of the court's website. Once selected, the Google Translate toolbar will appear at the top of your browser. Select a language from the drop-down menu to translate the site. This feature will not translate fillable forms or hyperlinked content.
- The second feature offers assistive listening with a new digital inclusion toolbar. To access this feature, click on the ear/hearing icon located at the top right section of the homepage. Once selected, the ReachDeck toolbar will appear at the top of your browser. Click on the Play button to initiate Text-to-Speech read-aloud with read-along highlighting. This toolbar also provides translation support and content simplification tools to help make the information on the website easier and more accessible.
- Lastly, the new website is fully responsive, making it faster and easier to view on any screen size, including mobile phones and tablets.
