The Probate and Family Court has announced education requirements to remain on the list for Category D fee-generating appointments in 2024 and application requirements for attorneys seeking to be placed on the list.

All attorneys must complete a Category D training, sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association, that will be offered live and virtually on Oct. 10 and will then be available on demand.
