  • "Resident battles stigmatizing people in recovery," The Bedford Citizen (March 29). MBA Lawyer Well-Being Committee Co-Chair Amanda Rowan, one of eight women recently honored by the Massachusetts Trial Court at a Women's History Month celebration, was interviewed about her journey through recovery. The article also quoted Rowan's fellow Lawyer Well-Being Committee co-chair, Marianne LeBlanc.

WBZ NewsRadio covered Tuesday's MBA High School Mock Trial Championship, won by Gann Academy in Waltham, and interviewed MBA Secretary Samuel A. Segal, who spoke to students prior to the program.

  • "Bank collapses bring questions of all sizes," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (March 27). MBA member Richard L. Levine was quoted in an article about how attorneys are responding to new client concerns stemming from the recent collapse of Silicon Valley and Signature banks. 

  • "Immigration bar celebrates ‘pivotal’ 1st Circuit decision," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (March 27). MBA member Jennifer C. Bade commented on a First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that a Cambodian national can seek damages under the Federal Tort Claims Act for his allegedly improper detainment by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

  • "SJC to weigh discipline against finger-pointing AAGs," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (March 27). MBA Ethics Committee member Alan E. Brown discussed an upcoming Supreme Judicial Court case involving the extent to which attorneys can cite their reliance on a supervisor’s directions or a subordinate’s representations to defend or mitigate charges of professional misconduct.

  • "Removing a trustee: simple task or tricky (expensive!) business?" Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (March 27). MBA Probate Law Section Council member Melissa Langa co-wrote an article about the process of removing a trustee from a trust.
