Massachusetts Bar Association member and Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Damien DiGiovanni presented on the Boston Bar Association webinar, “Recent Key Decisions by the National Labor Relations Board — Understanding the Implications for Both Unionized and Non-Unionized Workplaces,” on March 24. Along with fellow panelists, DiGiovanni provided an overview of recent National Labor Relations Board developments, insights for employers and employees, and predictions for future NLRB developments.
DiGiovanni represents public and private sector clients in various industries, including higher education, transportation, retail, public utilities, municipalities and health care, both in Massachusetts and across the country.
