MBA member Scott J. Connolly has joined Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP's Litigation Department as a partner whose practice focuses on employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-compete and trade secret matters.
Connolly is admitted to practice in the District Court of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals. In addition to the MBA, he is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association, serving on the latter's Labor & Employment Steering Committee. Connolly is a graduate of Boston College Law School.
