MBA Executive Management Board member Peter Elikann was interviewed about the federal trial of a Rhode Island man accused in the 2019 kidnapping and death of a woman who went missing at a Boston nightclub. 

  • "Bankruptcy Code rescinds tribal sovereign immunity," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (May 23). MBA members Benjamin J. Wish and Steven Weiss commented on a First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that a Chapter 13 debtor could enforce the automatic stay against a creditor that was a wholly owned subsidiary of a Native American tribe.
