Kugell, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association co-chaired and spoke at the 2022 Employment Law Alliance (ELA) Global Membership Conference, from May 19-22, in San Francisco, California. She also moderated the panel “Employment Law Issues Triggered by M&A Transactions,” and shared her expertise on recent changes in employment law. 

Kugell is an established employment lawyer who counsels business owners and management through virtually every scenario surrounding the employer-employee relationship. As chair of Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Management Committee, Kugell handles daily employment counseling, training, employment litigation, collective bargaining and labor arbitration.

Announcements accepted for consideration include individual professional accomplishments (new jobs, promotions, recent accomplishments or awards*, etc.) and personal news (weddings, engagements, birth announcements, and other notable outside-of-work accomplishments). 

*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
