The Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking applications for the following positions:
Virtual Court Service Center Staff Attorney
Working within the Court Services and Law Libraries Department of the Office of Court Management, the Virtual Court Service Center (VCSC) staff attorney supports the functions of the Trial Court-operated Court Service Centers located throughout the commonwealth by providing virtual services offered through a Zoom triage line. The VCSC staff attorney will work on initiatives recommended as part of the report on the establishment of a fully operational Virtual Court Service Center.
Court Service Center Staff Attorneys
Working within the Court Services and Law Libraries Department, a Court Service Center staff attorney provides accurate legal information and court assistance for self-represented litigants and other members of the public to achieve better access to the Massachusetts justice system. All Court Service Center staff attorneys use professional legal experience and knowledge of social service agencies and organizations to provide self-represented litigants with the resources they need to navigate the court system and best address their issues.
