Morrison Mahoney partner William A. Schneider, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, has become a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), the preeminent association that represents the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.
Schneider and his team focus their practice on commercial litigation and first-party insurance, with an emphasis on trial and appellate work in the state and federal courts throughout New England. He has extensive insurance experience, including policy drafting, policy interpretation and the general representation of insurance companies in a variety of matters across several lines of coverage. He also represents insurers in arbitration, appraisal, reference and other non-judicial proceedings required by the policy or applicable law.

Casner & Edwards has added Massachusetts Bar Association member
Ariana Flessas as an associate in the firm’s Family Law Group.
Flessas focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, modification, child custody and support, grandparent visitation, guardianship and contempt. She has experience working with Probate and Family Court judges to reach decisions on various matters, including, but not limited to, child support, child custody, parenting time, alimony, property division and various probate related issues.
Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, she served as a judicial law clerk in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, where she worked closely with justices in the Middlesex and Plymouth divisions.

Jaclyn L. Kugell, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, presented on the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) webinar, “DC Briefing: Impact of the Mid-Term Election on Federal Enforcement of the Workplace,” on Nov. 15, 2022.
Kugell is an established employment lawyer who counsels business owners and management through virtually every scenario surrounding the employer-employee relationship. As chair of Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Management Committee, she helps clients make important business decisions and manage their operations efficiently while minimizing risks. Her practice encompasses daily employment counseling, training, employment litigation, collective bargaining and labor arbitration.
