  • "Mass. moves prosecutors, defense attys up in vaccine line," Law360 (Jan. 13). MBA Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer Martin W. Healy and MBA Executive Management Board member Anthony J. Benedetti, chief counsel of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS), were quoted in an article about the inclusion of court system workers in the second phase of the state's COVID-19 distribution plan. The MBA and CPCS had advocated for the change in a Jan. 6 letter signed by Benedetti and MBA President Denise I. Murphy.
