On Tuesday, Feb. 10, the Supreme Judicial Court agreed with the
Massachusetts Bar Association and numerous other legal
organizations when it ruled that the parent of a minor child has a
right to counsel when someone other than the parent seeks to be
appointed as the child's guardian.
