Every fall, Massachusetts Bar Association members participate in an Ask A Lawyer call-in program, presented jointly by the MBA, WBZ Call for Action, WBZ NewsRadio 1030 and WBZ-TV. The program provides a lifeline to Massachusetts residents seeking answers to their legal questions, who may not be able to afford a lawyer or do not know where to turn for legal assistance.
Attorney volunteers are needed for this year's program, which will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Volunteer lawyers from the MBA will be at the WBZ studios (1170 Soldiers Field Road, Boston, MA 02134) to field phone calls from members of the public from 7 to 9 p.m. To volunteer, contact Nancy Yulfo by email or phone at (617) 338-0524.
