Boston law firm Casner & Edwards LLP has announced the election of MBA members Marc E. Fitzgerald (pictured left) and Michael F. Zullas (pictured right) as new co-managing partners. Fitzgerald and Zullas will lead a team of 44 attorneys and also serve as co-chairs of the firm’s Management Committee.
Fitzgerald is chair of Casner & Edwards’ Probate & Family Law Practice. He handles all aspects of domestic relations, equity matters and probate litigation, including divorce, custody, modification actions, child support, alimony, paternity, guardianship, adoption, pre- and postnuptial agreements, de facto parenting and will contests.
Zullas is a partner in the firm’s Business & Corporate Group. He counsels businesses at all stages of development: from inventors seeking venture financing and international licensing deals for their products, to the formation and sale of investment advisory and financial services firms, to the turnaround and sale of multimillion-dollar enterprises.
