It has long been apparent that what you eat affects more than just your physical health. Studies have found that nutrient-rich healthy diets can help with symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. Unhealthy diets that are full of inflammation causing sugars and processed foods have been linked to an increased risk of dementia or stroke and poor mood regulation.
