Plan to attend the Massachusetts Bar Association's Fifth Annual Complex Commercial Litigation Conference on April 16, from 2 to 5 p.m., at the MBA in Boston.

The conference will cover pressing issues in each of the three substantive litigation areas that complex commercial litigation encompasses: business, intellectual property and bankruptcy.

Conference Highlights

  • Keynote Address: Hon. Mark V. Green, chief justice, Massachusetts Appeals Court
  • Attorneys’ Panel: Discussing major developments, rule changes and litigation in business law, intellectual property and bankruptcy. Moderator: Jessica Kelly
  • Judges’ Panel: Presenting insights and suggestions on substantive and procedural issues that attorneys face regularly, and their views on the current state of commercial litigation and where things are headed. Moderator: Euripides Dalmanieras

Faculty presenters will include federal and state judges, and a number of accomplished attorneys who have provided significant thought leadership in these practice areas.

A networking reception will follow the judges’ panel. All attendees of the conference are encouraged to join us for refreshments and conversation with our distinguished faculty.
