  • MBA Executive Management Board member Peter Elikann appeared on NECN to preview and recap the April 4 arraignment of former President Donald Trump. Elikann was also interviewed on Boston 25 News following the announcement that Trump had been indicted by a Manhattan grand jury.

  • "5 for Good: Paralegal training program in courts offers students with autism skills, job experience," WCVB (April 3). Hon. Angela M. Ordoñez, an associate justice of the Barnstable County Probate and Family Court, who founded and co-chairs the MBA's Tiered Community Mentoring Program, was interviewed about her support for the Paralegal Assistant Training program for students with autism.

MBA Criminal Justice Section Council member D. Christopher Dearborn commented on a First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that a federal judge did not overstep his authority when he cited his personal experience with firearms in ruling that prosecutors had successfully argued for revoking a drug defendant’s supervised release.
