Launer Josh_digital backgroundMassachusetts Bar Association member Josh L. Launer has joined Todd & Weld LLP as of counsel.

Launer over his career has successfully tried several jury and bench trials in federal and state courts. He regularly advises clients on numerous litigation matters, including business disputes, health law and appellate litigation.

Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Launer was general counsel for a hospice and home health company and assistant general counsel overseeing litigation for a multi-state hospital health system. He guided his corporate clients through, among several matters, litigation, internal investigations, audits, regulatory compliance, false claim matters, contract disputes and employment law.

Launer obtained his law degree magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
