Casner & Edwards has announced that Massachusetts Bar Association members Molly Wilson Chung and Steven E. Maalouf have been elevated to partner in the firm’s Family Law Group, effective Jan. 1.
Chung focuses her practice on family law and divorce litigation. She represents a wide range of clients in complicated divorce proceedings involving custody disputes, modification, visitation, contempt, paternity and asset division. She has extensive experience in the areas of complex domestic relations matters that involve high-net-worth estates, business interests and families with young children. Adept at conducting complex discovery, Chung works to uncover hidden assets and income to advocate on behalf of her clients in high-conflict divorce cases.
Maalouf represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations, including divorce, guardianships, child support, alimony, custody, modification actions, paternity, restraining orders, domestic violence, parental alienation, complex financial issues, business valuations and other matters. He also assists clients with issues relating to the Department of Children and Families. Previously, Maalouf served as a law clerk, researching and drafting decisions for the judges at the Norfolk Probate and Family Court. His practice also focuses on pro bono work, and he serves as the firm’s liaison to the Greater Boston Legal Services and the Victim Rights Law Center.
