Jeffrey SiegelMassachusetts Bar Association member Jeffrey S. Siegel, a partner at Morgan, Brown & Joy, spoke on the Boston Bar Association’s virtual panel, “Navigating the FTC’s Non-compete Ban,” on May 8. Along with fellow panelists, Siegel provided an overview of the Federal Trade Commission’s recently announced Final Rule prohibiting most noncompete agreements.

Siegel counsels employers in day-to-day human resources matters, including employment policies and handbooks, wage and hour matters, employee compensation and classification matters, bonus and commission plans, layoffs, restrictive covenants, and employee leave issues.

*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
